Empowering stroke survivors, their families and friends to reclaim their lives and ambitions through active support. Survivors who can walk with or without a stick can join in the exercise.
This exercise group is down at the

but we meet up at 12:30 at
The Ark Church,

Highwoods,
Colchester
CO4 9YN
First to have lunch together at the Church, a chat and catch up, then go to the Gym where we have our own room for Stroke specific exercises on a soft floor.
